10 day stay
I stayed 10 days, 7 days in one of the downstairs rooms and 3 days upstairs. Overall I was very happy with the hotel, the rooms are a little dated but clean and large. The staff are all super friendly and you are a couple of minutes walk from the beach, the restaurants and bars. The road the hotel is on is not really a ‘proper’ road but it was no issue for me. Air con unit in the downstairs room was loud but I’m a heavy sleeper, upstairs room had a new aircon unit. Walking distance from beach front, room is spacious, they have a single bed at the living room. We added an extra bed near the kitchen. Near wet market if you prefer to cook in your place. The pool is 5ft to 6ft, place is clean staff are kind in all our requests.

Even if its not beachfront it is worth it.
Stayed here for 6 days and it was worth it. The villa is huge and complete with fully fitted kitchen! Also have a balcony and a nice breakfast. The room we had was a 1 bedroom. The room is separate from the kitchen and living room. They also clean the room including utensils when you ask them. The staffs were very helpful. The only problem was the lock sometimes was hard to open the door and there are mosquitoes. As expected there would be mosquitoes since you are close to nature so best to bring along some repellants. Breakfast is served as a set meal with choices of local or american style. The hotel was not beachfront as you had to walk a small pathway going to the site, but its like a 2-3minute walk so its not very bad. The pool was not very clean when we arrived but we dont use it so its ok. We were happy with having everything inside because you can enjoy cooking seafoods by yourselves. Cute hotel great service
Checked in here for one night at the end of our vacation. Cute hotel with excellent service. Concierge and staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was nice and clean, basic but has everything you need. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure although it was not consistently warm. Best shower we had in the Philippines though after 8 days of jumping around to El Nido and other islands. Fantastic stay

Хороший отель
Хороший отель,все необходимое имеется. Уборка каждый день,если не спать до полудня:-) Свой бассейн,на ресепшн есть бар,в номере есть шампунь в дозаторе и туалетные принадлежности паста и зубная щётка.Есть также минибар.Отель небольшой,на 8 номеров,что нам очень понравилось. GOOD SPOT IN BORACAY
abbiamo soggiornato a villa sunset per due settimane il personale e sempre disponibile camere molto pulite ed abbastanza moderne . anche la struttura in se e ben curata e sicura con guardie armate 24h su 24 la posizione e' ottima e molto vicino alla spiaggia peccato per il viale che porta alla spiaggia che era un cantiere a cielo aperto un po complicato e pericoloso tornare in camera la sera. la colazione e abbastanza buona spero che dopo la chiusura di Boracay villa sunset investa un po di soldi nel rimodernare la strada che porta alla spiaggia unica vera pecca . magari aggiungere qualche lampione ed assicurarsi che il lussuoso resort vicino lasci pulito il viale.
